CET PROJECT, COLOMBIA 2017-2018
ILS LEDA has been contracted by the Colombian Network of Local Economic Development Agencies (RED ADELCO), in order to provide service aimed at the structuring of training processes and implementation of methodologies and instruments in Local Economic Development.
The service contract was realized within the project Strengthening Territorial Competitiveness through Local Economic Development in Colombia trengthening Territorial Competitiveness through Local Economic Development in Colombia - financed in the framework of the grant contract LA/2016/378-661 between the European Commission and RED ADELCO.
The main achieved results of the service contract has been:
- Designed contents for virtual training platform in Local Economic Development - LED (72 hours). This activity was realized in cooperation with UNAD University (Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia - Colombia).
- Designed contents for classroom training in LED (25 hours)
- Designed instruments of the territorial diagnosis
- Designed methodology for local animation process
- Provided basic guidelines for the formulation of a Territorial Strategic Plan
- Designed diagnostic tool for a Local Economic Development Agency (LEDA) including qualitative and quantitative indicators
- Trained the technical teams of the LEDA in the application of designed instruments
- Designed road map for the promotion of new agencies with their instruments and analytical tools
